At Pinnacle Edge, we specialize in a variety of custom tailored sharpening methods for chef, kitchen, and pocket knives. We believe in using the right tool for the specific application to sharpen to achieve superior results. We are one of the few sharpeners that will arrange local pickup and delivery of your knives.

Mass production results in large amounts of variability between edge angles and overall sharpness due inconsistencies between sharpeners. Our process allows edges to be restored with surgical like precision to exact edge angles to maximize sharpness and durability

Pinnacle Edge is a knife sharpening service based in Grove City and Columbus, Ohio. We are committed to providing custom tailored sharpening for chef, kitchen, and pocket knives. We take great pride in ensuring each knife is sharpened with state-of-the-art equipment to extreme accuracy for absolute perfection. Local delivery available.
Pricing
We believe in keeping our pricing model as simple as possible.
While some services will charge based on size or other knife characteristics,
we have adopted a flat rate, with a few optional extras to suit some customer's unique requirements.
Our standard service will out perform nearly every factory edge, resulting in optimal user experience.
Our previous "OCD" package had allowed for additional polishing of the edges was recently added into the standard service at no additional cost to you (it is hard for me to return anything less than perfection to my clients).
We offer local pickup and delivery and are very flexible, so please send us a message and let us see what we can do for you!
